Health Payment Systems Hires Pamela Malone as Client Engagement Manager

Milwaukee, WI (June 17, 2019) – Health Payment Systems is pleased to announce its recent hire of Pamela (Pam) Malone, who will join the HPS team as the Client Engagement Manager, working directly from Milwaukee, WI. Within this role, Malone will expand human capital intellect and serve both the employee benefits and healthcare broker communities to optimize healthcare solutions for patients, families, and providers.

Malone joins a strong team of operationally and customer centric advocates to represent the new face of HPS as it evolves to meet the needs of those served in Wisconsin and beyond. Her hiring reaffirms the HPS commitment to invest in people who benefit its customers and community as she promises to have a big impact on the organization.

Malone comes to Health Payment Systems with decades of private sector experience in account management and client engagement, where she regularly represented customers and community leaders internally and externally. Most recently, Malone worked as a Project and Account Manager for Malone Mechanical LLC and M3 Insurance Solutions for Business in Milwaukee, WI. There, she consulted with clients, engaged internal and external stakeholders, and exceeded organization missions across industries.
