In the News: National Association for Business Resources Announces Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® Winners

Every year, companies compete to be named one of “Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For ”. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor. These select companies will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) on Friday, March 6th, 2020 at the Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee.

This year’s winners represent best practices in industries as diverse as information technology, financial services, manufacturing and marketing services (see the following list of honorees).

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

“With the war on talent hitting the doorsteps of the Best and Brightest, this achievement means even more than it did a year ago. As we continue to raise the bar, these companies rise to the challenge through cultural innovation, maximizing their workforce potential,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.

The annual symposium and awards gala will begin with registration, networking, and a strolling breakfast at 7:30 a.m., educational programs will follow. The awards presentation will be emceed by Ben Wagner from WISN-ABC 12 News and begin at 10:45 a.m. Winning companies also vie for three “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards in the small, medium and large business category. The elite award winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
