Terry Rowinski Named President at Health Payment Systems

MILWAUKEE (Nov. 15, 2016) – Terry Rowinski has been named president at Health
Payment Systems effective November 9, 2016. Rowinski is being elevated from his
previous role as chief operating officer. Jay Fulkerson, will continue in his role as CEO.

In his role as president, Rowinski will drive growth and business strategy as well as day-to-
day operations for the Milwaukee-based healthcare technology company.

Rowinski’s rise at the company is a testament to his leadership and strategic focus on
developing a culture of employee engagement and collaboration. His leadership in his
previous roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer has helped Health
Payment Systems enhance its IT and operational infrastructure.

Rowinski joined Health Payment Systems in 2014. Prior to that, he served as the COO for
BuySeasons Inc., a Wisconsin-founded specialist Internet retail organization. He has more
than 25 years of executive management experience and a deep understanding of
technology and business process optimization.
